Patient Access Associate - Emergency Department

Emergency Dept Patient Access Rep (On-Site | Pen Bay Hospital) Join a close-knit, team-oriented Emergency Department in the heart of the White Mountains at Memorial Hospital in North Conway, NH. In this entry-level role, you’ll work side-by-side with clinical teams as the first point of contact for patients and families. You’ll support the patient journey through registration, insurance verification, admissions, and follow-up—helping create a positive experience during critical moments.

This role provides coverage for open shifts due to PTO, callouts, and fluctuating volumes, with hours that vary week to week based on departmental needs and are not guaranteed. Candidates must be flexible and willing to pick up shifts as they become available, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Related experience in healthcare or customer service is preferred. The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package. The pay range for this position is $20.27 to $24.36 per hour. Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
