Qualifications

About the role

The Patient Access Center Lead assists the patient access leadership team with the day-to-day operations of the centralized patient access center. The Patient Access Center Lead provides support and guidance to the team and serves as the subject matter expert for departmental workflows. This person is responsible for assisting in developing and delivering training resources to new and existing team members.
