Education
✓High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field desired preferred

6 months of relevant customer service experience preferred
Previous experience performing insurance verification is a plus preferred
Proficiency with computers, preferably strong typing and desktop navigational skills preferred

About the role
The Patient Access Representative thrives in a fast-paced, team oriented environment with professionals in neurology, pain management, chiropractic, physical therapy and many more. This position is cross-trained in all clinical administrative processes, therefore the Patient Access Representative will also answer phones, check in and out patients, perform patient reminder calls, and enter information into the EMR.
