You’ll need
Education
Prefer High School diploma or GED preferred
Qualifications
✓Successful completion of data entry standard administered by Cuyuna Regional Medical Center Human Resources Staff
Ability to work independently preferred
Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills preferred
Customer service focused and professional preferred
Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills preferred
Resilient and adaptable multitasker preferred
Discreet with sensitive patient information preferred
Familiar with medical terminology and systems preferred
Resourceful with strong problem-solving ability preferred
Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Office, EMR systems (EPIC preferred), and multi-line phone system
Previous Patient Access experience preferred
