✓Requirements
Education
✓Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Qualifications
✓Three to five (3-5) years of Patient Access, Registration, Revenue Cycle, or Healthcare Operations experience.
Ability to operate personal computers and possess basic computer skills. Leadership, management abilities, and effective oral and written communications skills desired. preferred
Two (2) years of leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
Experience with hospital and clinic registration processes strongly preferred.
Experience managing performance metrics and operational improvement initiatives preferred.

About the role

It is located in the heart of West Texas. Opened in 1949, the hospital was originally located near downtown Stanton. This facility served the community well for many years but was replaced with a state of the art 18 bed facility in 2012.
