About the role

The Patient Accounts Representative II is responsible for performing duties related to patient account collections, billing inquiries, account follow-up, and payment processing. Communicates with patients, customers, insurance companies, outside agencies, and other parties in person and by telephone to resolve billing questions, account concerns, and payment issues.
