Responsibilities Patient Accounts Respresentative Monday - Friday; 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Onsite Rivendell Behavioral Health Services is an 80-bed full-service behavioral healthcare acute care facility located in Benton, AR, that has been providing quality health care to the residents of Arkansas since 1985. The patient account representative is respsonsible for the coordination of all functions related to verification of insurances, filing cliams, billing, physician charges and is the owner of the assigned patient accounts.
