Responsible for responding to all incoming calls, and assisting patient’s with direct registration, eligibility, and payment updates.

Assist the supervisor as requested. 2. Answer phone calls on a daily basis. Must be able to handle several incoming lines and direct calls to appropriate individuals in a timely professional manner. 3.
Assist in updating of patient demographics/registration 4. Assist in verifying patients’ insurance eligibility. 5. Complete QRM occurrence reports as needed.
