Required

H. S. Diploma or GED One (1) year of customer service or healthcare registration

Coursework/Training: Some college coursework preferred particularly in Medical Terminology or Medical Assistance coursework. Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) upon hire Registrar or third party payor experience.
