✓In lieu of experience or enrollment in nursing program, must complete full Capital Health UAP course.
✓Successful completion of the Capital Health UAP Training program within 90 days of employment.
Six months of Nursing Assistant/Health Aid experience or currently enrolled in LPN/RN nursing program preferred.
