Certifications
✓If a candidate does not currently have their Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross the Basic Life Support, certification will be included as part of the orientation program.
✓Maintains current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers from one of the following programs: American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Education
Completion of 12 college credits -OR- High school diploma/ GED with successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training or equivalent preferred.
Qualifications
✓Must be 18 years of age prior to start date. Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand English. Ability to follow written and verbal directions.
Able to adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting. preferred
