You’ll need
Certifications
✓✅ BLS certification required within one month of hire
✓High school diploma or GED, CNA/CPTC, or enrollment in healthcare programs
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
Qualifications
✓Patient Care Associate (PCA)
✓No prior experience required — we provide full training!
✓Physical ability to lift/push 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical patient care tasks

About the role
Under the direction of the RN or LPN, assists in the individualized care of the patient to achieve the patients highest level of wellness. Works cooperatively with others as part of a team; recognizes the importance of group goals.
