You’ll need
Qualifications
✓1 year of medical office or related healthcare experience OR 6 months experience as a Providence employee in an Associate PCC position.
Demonstrated experience coordinating patient care within a specialty practice, such as Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Spine, or other surgical specialties. preferred
Experience managing insurance authorizations and facilitating referral processes. preferred
Proficient in Epic with experience supporting scheduling, referrals, authorizations, and clinical documentation. preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume clinic environment while supporting multiple providers and complex patient needs. preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service abilities. preferred
