✓Compassionate listening skills are required for patient and family distress related to new diagnosis
✓Requires experience with and high commitment to customer service
✓Uses discretion and good judgment, and maintains patient confidentiality
✓Must be able to independently and professionally interact with clinicians and personnel, internal and external to UCM
✓Position Details
✓Shift: Days (As needed): Availability between 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

About the role

Under direct supervision the patient care coordinator will be responsible for guiding patients through the health care system and ensuring those patients and their caregivers can access culturally and linguistically appropriate services in a timely and cost-effective manner.
