Education Level : High school diploma or equivalent Certification/Licensure : Current Nurse Assistant certification by the State of Illinois, documentation of previous Nurse Assistant certification within the past 5 years, and/or documentation of on the job training in a patient care setting equivalent to nurse assistant training preferred. BLS certification required. Experience
Long term care, rehabilitation, and/or medical surgical care experience preferred
