The hospital’s RN residency program is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Practice Transition Accreditation Program and Pathway to Excellence, ensuring high-quality training for nurses. Learn About a Day in the Life of a PCT: Work under moderate supervision of nursing and medical staff to perform duties. Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs.

Observe patients’ progress to prepare and disseminate reports to Registered Nurse or other medical staff. Obtain and record patients' vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests. Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.

Measure and record patients' intake and output and other measurements in accordance with unit routines, assist patients with range of motion, and draw blood. Job
