Are you interested in working directly with patients in the hospital? Do you have a great customer service attitude? Are you a good team player?

NKC Health campus will host a paid PCT program designed to train participants to start a career as a Patient Care Tech. The program consists of classroom training immediately followed by clinical instruction. During the paid training course, you will learn how to: Provide patient care, such as ambulation, bathing and toileting Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team Obtain vital signs Safely transfer patients Accurately document patient vital signs and verify patient information Support patient needs through timely response to call systems Required Qualifications Internal candidates : Employed with NKC Health for at least 180 days and be in good standing in your department and will be subject to all internal transfer policies.

Program Information Start date: Monday, November 30th 2026. 100% attendance required 18 month work commitment once you have completed the program Length of program: 175hrs Combination of Clinical Classroom On site Acute Care clinical instruction
