You’ll need
Certifications
✓Incoming PCT must have prior dialysis training/experience and CCHT certification
✓Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
Previous healthcare experience a plus (CNA, MA, Phlebotomy, CHT, BONENT certified) preferred
Qualifications
✓Comfort working with blood, needles, and medical equipment
✓Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
✓Physical stamina for long shifts (up to 12+ hours)
✓Flexibility to float between facilities as needed
✓Full vaccination against COVID-19 may be required by hospitals in this program, which may include a booster when eligible.

About the role
Schedule Overview: 3-4 days/week beginning at 7am. Shifts range from 8-12 hours long on average. Rotated weekends are required.
What you’ll do
