Completion of a Certified Nurse Aide or Certified Medical Assistant Program. preferred
Education
✓High school diploma, GED or equivalent, ability to read and write, and one of the following:
✓Enrolled in a nursing program and have completed a fundamentals of nursing course OR
course work in an Allied Health field. preferred
Qualifications
✓6 months experience in a skilled long-term facility/acute care hospital OR
✓1-year experience in a short-term facility (i.e. rehab) OR
✓Must be able to perform a wide range of physical activities which include moving, transporting and positioning patients and equipment as well as constantly positioning self to provide patient care and related duties.
Basic computer skills preferred
Evidence of being a team player and excellent communication skills. preferred
