Working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals, you'll provide hands-on care and support that helps patients feel comfortable, safe, and cared for throughout their stay. Responsibilities include: Assisting patients with daily personal care needs such as bathing, oral hygiene, toileting, and linen changes Supporting patient mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation Monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient observations Recording important information in patient charts to support quality care Providing compassionate care and emotional support to patients and families during challenging times Every shift offers opportunities to positively impact patients' lives while developing valuable healthcare skills.
