You’ll need
Certifications
✓Certification as a Patient Care Technician, Nursing Assistant, or equivalent is required
✓Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus preferred
Qualifications
✓Job Title:** Patient Care Technician II
✓Proficient in basic patient care techniques including vital signs monitoring, specimen collection, and patient hygiene assistance
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
✓Ability to accurately document patient information and observations in compliance with hospital protocols
✓Competent in using medical equipment relevant to patient care duties
✓Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
✓Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
✓Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Patient Care Technician or in a similar patient support role within a hospital or clinical setting
✓Experience working with diverse patient populations, including adult and geriatric patients

What you’ll do
