Certifications
✓Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold current Maryland state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA), along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Qualifications
✓The role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships and teamwork, and the capacity to prioritize tasks and perform multiple duties under stress.
✓Candidates should be proficient in using computer systems, demonstrate proper techniques for obtaining and documenting accurate blood glucose results, and perform delegated nursing tasks with sensitivity to the diverse needs of patients.
✓Additionally, they must exhibit knowledge and accountability in aseptic techniques and related procedures.
One year of prior experience is preferred.
