Day/Evening rotation, every other weekend and holiday rotation, 32 hours/week Under the direction of a licensed professional, the Patient Care Technician delivers hands-on patient care and comfort, assists with clinical procedures and technical tasks, and accurately observes, reports, and documents patient status. The role supports safe, efficient unit operations by focusing on personal care, mobility, nutrition, hydration, elimination, and prevention of complications, while preparing patients and environments for procedures.

Responsibilities PCT performs patient care and treatments under supervision of a RN. Provides and documents care including, but not limited to, activities of daily living, mobility, specimen collection and respiratory support activities as directed by the RN. Possess the ability to lift, move, position and transport patients.
Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule. Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service. Qualifications Must be 18 years old or older.
Basic CNA preferred. Dept of Labor Level III (Medium) Work. Candidates must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment strength and agility test at Medium Level of Work.
