Managed by United Surgical Partners International. Joint Commission Accredited. We are currently seeking a PRN Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team on the day shift .
Job Duties Assists with direct patient care, patient flow through departments, answers phones, troubleshoots for nurses, chart building, and performs specialized medical procedures of a routine nature as needed. Authorized to access storage areas for the purpose of performing patient care duties within the scope of practice.
High school student or graduate or equivalent. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), preferred One year of experience is preferred AHA BLS certification, required. Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully Possess the ability to follow established cleaning methods in performing daily tasks.
Knowledge of patient evaluation procedures Must be able to keep all equipment in good working condition and ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
