You’ll need
Certifications
✓Driver's abstract or evidence of good driving record.
✓Current BLS certification.
✓or one (1) year of healthcare/social services experience with a Community Health Worker certificate.
Medical Assistant, Community Health Worker or Patient Navigation certification preferred.
Education
✓High School diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
✓stooping/bending, finger dexterity, seeing, hearing, speaking, lifting usual weight of 10 pounds up to 25 pounds.
✓Frequent: standing, walking, reaching at and below shoulder level.
✓Occasional: sitting, kneeling, climbing stairs, walking on uneven ground, squatting, pushing/pulling usual weight of 1 pounds up to 2.5 pounds of force, carrying usual weight of 5 pounds, reaching above shoulder level.
✓Valid U.S. driver's license required in accordance with Hawaii state law rules and regulations.
✓Two (2) years of relevant healthcare/social services experience
Previous experience working with individuals with behavioral health and/or substance use issues preferred.
Prior experience working with Native Hawaiian and other underserved populations preferred.
