Patient Coordinator (PC)- Rehabilitation Administration

The Patient Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between patients, the rehabilitation team, and insurance providers. A core focus will be managing prior authorizations to ensure timely access to rehabilitation services, while also coordinating patient care, scheduling, and communication with healthcare professionals

High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years of experience in front office support, customer service, or related field required. Prior experience in health care preferred.
