LEVEL OF EDUCATION Preferred: Some college course work CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Preferred: TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS Minimum: Basic MS Word and Excel skills. 35 wpm keyboarding/typing speed. 6,000+ sph 10-key (for cashier PFC).
Basic math skills. Preferred: Advanced knowledge of MS office, including PowerPoint. YEARS OF RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE Minimum: One six months of experience in an office environment or hospitality/customer service environment.

Ability to assess relevant information and make appropriate decisions, recognizing when to escalate to Supervisor/Manager for resolution.
