Assist the Customer Service staff by greeting and directing patients, families and vendors as they enter the facility. Be the informational person that directs people seeking testing, surgery, medical records, etc. Use interpersonal skills and help make the hospital a positive place for patients’, families and visitors.

Act as a communication liaison between emergency room associates and patients and families.
