Patient Registration Specialist (FT, All Shifts)

Responsible for greeting and completing registration process for all needed patients and creating a first impression of the hospital’s services to patients, families and other external customers. Must be able to articulate information in a manner that patients, guarantors and family members know what to expect and have an understanding of their financial responsibilities. Provides excellent service to all patients, family members, physicians and other internal departments.
