Responsible for the accurate collection and input of computer data as it relates to revenue cycle. Responsible for improved customer satisfaction. Responsible for maintaining a minimum standard of productivity that meets both performance and quality standards while performing multiple jobs.
Assist with training new employees or with implementing new processes. Other information: High school diploma or equivalent plus one year related experience or Associates or Bachelor degree in the health care field. Customer service and computer skills required.
