✓Must demonstrate competency to perform CPR and Heimlich Manuever.
Education
✓High school graduate or equivalent work experience, including ability to read, write and comprehend medical terminology required.
Qualifications
✓Meets requirements of pre-employment screening and physical is required.
✓Successfully compete Preventing and Managing Crisis Situations (PMCS) training within the orientation/probation period is required.
✓Must have the ability to use basic computer skills is required.
✓Ability to work independently, handle interruptions, take direction and prioritize.
✓Must work well as a team member
✓High level of sensitivity, interpersonal skills and effective verbal communication skills is required.
✓As applicable, the individual has training/competency in attending to the special needs and/or behaviors appropriate to the age of patients for which care is being provided.
Previous experience in a medical/clinical setting is preferred.
