Role Overview As a Patient Safety Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe and supportive environment for our patients. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you will provide essential care and companionship, helping patients with daily activities and monitoring their well-being.

Observe patients and report any changes to the Registered Nurse. Assist patients with feeding, bathing, toileting, and ambulating. Engage patients in activities they enjoy, such as reading or playing cards.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients. What You Will Need Required Qualifications High school diploma or G.
E. D. equivalent. Successful completion of BLS Heartsaver during orientation.
