Patient Safety Companion UnityPoint Health - St. Luke's - Sioux City Hours: Part-Time 24 hours per week
Days 7am-7:30pm, rotating weekends and holidays Provides continuous observation and monitoring of patients at risk of self-harm, wandering, or injury to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment and support delivery of care.
