Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
Familiarity with Allscripts, Epic, CPSI preferred
Exceptional customer service skills preferred
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurances preferred

Greets patients, organizes patient files, and moves patients through a pre-determined schedule of appointments at a physician's office.
