WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT This is a busy cardiology practice with a working schedule of Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm Part of General Cardiology Services Excellent opportunity for someone looking for job security, diverse career options, and the chance to make a significant impact on patient lives. REQUIRES integrity, good attendance and dependability Soft skills for a Patient Service Representative include empathetic communication, strong organizational skills, and adaptability, which together build a positive patient experience and efficient office flow.

Provide exemplary customer service; greet and direct patients, family members, and other visitors. Answer incoming calls; respond to inquiries, or direct caller to appropriate staff for assistance. Schedule appointments and accurately enters data into scheduling system.

Register patients and enters or updates demographic and insurance information into EMR system. Communicate with clinical staff to maintain patient flow and update waiting patients. Collect patient payments; applies payments and adjustments to patient accounts.

Balance daily encounter forms and cash drawers.
