Monday - Friday 9am-5pmGreets patients to complete check-in/out process. Obtains demographic and financial information for scheduling/registration process. Collects payments for co-pays, self-pay, and additional balances.

Answers Five 9 calls in a timely manner and completes queue call backs. Assists with completing prior-authorizations for in-office and hospital procedures. Assists with WQ's and On Base.

Performs additional administrative duties as needed. Provides great customer service to all patients, staff, and vendors within the organization. Other duties as assigned.
