The Patient Facilitator serves as a highly visible advocate and champion for patients and families, helping to navigate concerns, remove barriers, and enhance the overall patient experience. You will proactively engage with patients and families, identify and address their needs, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote communication, service excellence, and compassionate care .As a key liaison between patients, families, and hospital staff, you will uphold patient rights, foster trust, and contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and accountability. This is a part-time (18.75 hours weekly) - 2
- 3 days per week - 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
