Responsibilities The Patient Services Representative functions as a patient services professional in a call center or clinical front desk environment.
Qualifications Job
High School diploma or equivalent. Experience posting payments and charge entry. Basic personal computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Windows operating system; database and word processing skills required.
Patient record documentation skills.
2 years recent experience in a clinic or healthcare setting.
