More about our team Join our team in a dynamic 17-bed Emergency Department (ED) with a 1:4 nurse to patient ratio. Our diverse staff includes RNs, CNAs, Paramedics, Secretaries, and Providers, creating a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional care.

Known for our wide variety of patient experiences, including Abdominal pain, and shortness of breath, we also take pride in our chest pain accreditation. With an average daily volume of approximately 74 patients, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-quality emergency medical care while working alongside a dedicated team in a fast-paced setting. How you'll contribute A Patient Sitter who excels in this role: A Patient Sitter provides direct patient observation and input in planning care through communication with the RN and other patient care team members.

Is effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through communication with the care team. Maintains competency and possesses the skills to provide a safe environment to those medical patients requiring close supervision because of behavioral health issues. Completes duties assigned and performs duties under the direct supervision of the RN.
