Patient Transporter - Full-Time Evenings Lawrence

Patient Assistance Liaison, Full-Time 32 Hours Per Week. Evenings 3 pm to 11:30 pm. Lawrence campus The Patient Transporter assists patients with transfer between different areas of the hospital for testing, admission, discharge, or other reasons.

Also distributes equipment and supplies to appropriate departments. Assists patients of varying mobility using transfer techniques and/or lifting devices, when needed Maintains cleanliness of equipment and ensures it is stored properly Communicates relevant information effectively to hospital departments and management Works closely with nursing to maintain patient safety
