You’ll need
Qualifications
✓Working knowledge of payroll processes, policies, and procedures, as well as organization-specific computer applications.
✓Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
✓Ability to organize work effectively, establish priorities, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
✓Strong problem-solving, problem-identification, and reasoning skills.
✓Intermediate mathematical skills.
Familiarity with web-based applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably including PeopleSoft, Salesforce, TPS, CICS, Weblinks, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. preferred
Working knowledge of organizational processes and procedures, including an understanding of organizational rules and regulations. preferred
Experience with Oracle. preferred
