Starling Physicians is hiring for a Payroll Manager for their Connecticut location. The candidate would be responsible for processing provider monthly and PLLC biweekly payrolls, quarter, and year end payroll processes along with assisting with Ad-hoc reports and linking and transition data into our financial platform.
and attributes are: ADP experience required (PeopleSoft experience helpful but not required) Responsible for the preparation, processing, and reconciliation of the periodic payroll files Assist with Quarter and Annual filings via ADP services Support the teams effort to move employees and providers from Workday and VMD ADP to PeopleSoft and Starling’s ADP platform and maintain payroll records going forward. Strong Excel skills are required (V-Loop, Pivot Table, Formulas, etc.) Candidate must have strong communication skills to maintain strong and positive relationships with HR, Benefits, Operations, Physicians Comp, Accounting, Finance teams, IT, and other internal stakeholders and partners.
