Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: BSN. Minimum of two years' nursing experience in acute care setting. Maintains clinical competencies in area of specialty and demonstrates expertise in knowledge of scope of practice of Nursing Support Staff.

Prior experience in teaching. Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred: Experience developing, implementing, delivering, and evaluating educational/training programs. Prior experience in teaching Nursing support staff.

Master's degree in Nursing or Nursing Education. Licenses and Certifications Required: NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License. Licenses and Certifications Preferred: Certified Nurse Educator or Nursing Professional Development Certification.
