About the role

This role supports patients training to dialyze at home, helping them live more independently while managing kidney disease.

What you’ll do
Schedule is typically Monday - Friday 800am - 4:00pm (subject to change based on the needs of the patients)
Assist with patient trainingAssist with patient training for home dialysis under RN supervision
Prepare and maintain dialysisPrepare and maintain dialysis equipment
Monitor and record patientMonitor and record patient vitals and treatment responses
Support follow-up care, supplySupport follow-up care, supply tracking, and telehealth check-ins
