You’ll need
Certifications
✓Maintain CPR certification and comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
✓Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program
Education
✓High School Diploma or equivalent required.
✓Current enrollment in an accredited nursing program with successful completion of a Fundamentals of Nursing course.
Qualifications
✓Minimum one (1) year of experience as a Nurse Aide or equivalent patient care role
✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✓Excellent organizational and time management abilities
✓Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✓Basic computer and telephone proficiency
✓Ability to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team
