Operating with a high level of independence, they optimize patient safety through comprehensive medication therapy management according to legal, regulatory, and hospital standards. They are responsible for reviewing and verifying orders, compounding sterile and non-sterile products, providing direct oversight of pharmacy technicians, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality pharmaceutical care.
