You’ll need
Certifications
✓Maintains CPR certification and practice.
Education
✓High School Diploma or GED required.
✓Must be currently enrolled in a licensed nursing education program.
✓Current enrollment in an accredited nursing education program required.

About the role
Participates in the delivery of patient care for population groups under the direction of an RN/LPN including but not limited to the following:
What you’ll do
Lifting, turning, and positioningLifting, turning, and positioning patients utilizing Safe Patient Handling equipment (> 35 pounds), as appropriate
Observing confused and difficultObserving confused and difficult patients
Toileting, shaving, washing, brushingToileting, shaving, washing, brushing hair, dental and mouth care
Assisting with range ofAssisting with range of motion exercises
Mobilizing patients - transfersMobilizing patients - transfers and ambulation, utilizing Safe Patient Handling equipment (> 35 pounds), as appropriate and following the Mobility protocol
