Opportunity Details Candidates interested in General/Outpatient Pediatrics or Pediatric Hospital Medicine welcome to apply Part-time opportunity with opportunity for full-time employment in combination with FTE for clinical practice Provide Child Maltreatment Evaluations and follow-up care Join a dedicated team that includes other Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and certified medical assistants that are passionate about child protection Our Child Abuse Safety Team (CAST) is dedicated to ensuring safety and providing care for child abuse victims. Our CAST offers: A dedicated team to triage phone calls and administer ED evaluations and in-house consults Appropriate diagnostic and forensic investigations A liaison to DCFS, police, and the court system Outpatient services, including forensic data collection and foster care clinic evaluations Advocacy for the child’s well-being upon return home or safe placement in the community Education and training for providers Timely follow-up to keep the referring physician informed CAST enhances current services provided by a well-established outpatient Child Protection team. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $295,000 - $315,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health.
The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
