Opportunity Details Practice in a 6-bed PICU with a dedicated procedure room Lead multidisciplinary rounds and manage critically ill pediatric patients Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists across multiple disciplines Support pediatric surgery, trauma, sedation, and emergency care services Teach and mentor APPs, nursing staff, residents, and students Participate in shared home-call coverage Champion quality improvement, patient safety, and evidence-based care Competitive Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $489,412 Recruitment incentive: $150,000 Moving allowance: $15,000 Annual CME allowance: $6,000 Malpractice with tail coverage Retirement options (403B w/ 6.5% match + 457B) Benefits begin day one!

Additionally, MercyOne Medical Center has a tertiary service of 1.5 million and its maternity care includes 15 dedicated labor suites and 40 private postpartum rooms.
