This opportunity involves caring for a medically complex patient who requires skilled nursing support, including medication administration, seizure management, airway/suctioning care, and ongoing monitoring . Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home Follow the individualized plan of care Administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice Monitor patient status and communicate changes to the clinical team Provide seizure monitoring and appropriate interventions Perform airway and suctioning care as ordered Support patient safety, comfort, and well-being Communicate with the clinical team and caregivers

Qualifications Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
